The studio was born from her lifelong devotion to the craft of circus - not as entertainment alone, but as an art form, a discipline, and a lineage worth protecting. Here, students train in an environment that values foundation, community, and progress built on technique, strength, and respect for the practice.
We blend old-world circus tradition with modern coaching standards, offering a space where beginners feel supported and experienced artists feel challenged, uplifted, and seen.
BEAST Studios is a circus arts training space founded by international daredevil, circus preservationist, and performance activist LadyBEAST.
Meet LadyBEAST
Whether escaping a straitjacket from a hot air balloon or commanding a TEDx stage in heels atop a bed of glass bottles, LadyBEAST is a force of theatrical nature. A Ripley’s Believe It or Not–featured performer and a recognized leader in contemporary circus, she has spent over a decade pushing the boundaries of physical storytelling, feminist spectacle, and site-specific performance.
But beyond the feats and accolades, LadyBEAST is a keeper of circus lineage. She trains with circus elders, studies historical technique, and preserves old-world skills - from bottle walking, iron jaw, and escape artistry to aerial creation (solo, duo, and group work) and ground acrobatics - with deep respect. Her coaching blends strong technique, sharp creativity, and a no-nonsense approach rooted in discipline and care.
She founded BEAST Studios to:
