FLEXIBILITY: LEGS

This class focuses exclusively on lower-body flexibility using active stretching techniques only. Whether you want to kick yourself in the head one day, deepen your splits, or join a welcoming community that keeps you accountable, WE SO GOT YOU. Expect strength-based mobility work, hamstring and hip-opening progressions, and clear technique that supports safe, sustainable flexibility gains.

FLEXIBILITY: BACK & SHOULDERS

Struggling with your backbend? Only one section of your back doing all the work? Tight shoulders limiting your progress? This class is designed to open and strengthen your back, neck, and shoulders using active flexibility, stabilization drills, and circus-informed technique. The goal: a healthy, strong, balanced backbend that feels good in your body. You deserve it.

BEGINNER FLEX

A whole-body flexibility class tailored to those starting their mobility journey. Each session focuses on different areas of the body, blending active stretching, gentle strengthening, and foundational alignment work. LadyBEAST will guide you through accessible progressions designed to build confidence, body awareness, and range of motion. Bring an open mind and walk out feeling better in your body.

INTRO TO AERIAL

Instructor: Marlo Winter

Level: Beginner 

Learn the foundational skills of aerial arts with safe, clear progressions. Students will work on both silks and trapeze, building the strength and technique needed to climb, invert, and move confidently in the air. Each class includes a warm-up, skill development, technique coaching, and conditioning.

TRAPEZE: LEVEL 1

Level: Beginner

Curious about that metal bar in the sky? Now’s your chance to give it a try. This introductory class builds your foundational confidence on both static and dance trapeze. You’ll learn skills such as beats, pullovers, knee hangs, rolls, and more. Each class includes a warm-up, conditioning, and a cool down.


TRAPEZE: LEVEL 2

Instructor: Marlo Winter

Level: Intermediate - Advanced

A trapeze-focused curriculum designed to help you build flow, power, and creativity on both static and dance trapeze. Students will work on spinning, beating, sequencing, and transitions, supported by conditioning and warm-ups to keep the body safe and ready for higher-level work.

Recommended prerequisite: Trapeze 1 or equivalent experience.


VERTICAL 1: FOUNDATIONS

Level: Advanced Beginner/ Intermediate

A technique-driven class focused on building strong vertical foundations on rope and silks. This class emphasizes proper body alignment, controlled straddles, entry mechanics, and the fundamentals of vertical beats. Students will work on efficient pathways, timing, and strength development to prepare the body for more advanced vertical work. Each class includes a structured warm-up and targeted conditioning to support safe, sustainable progression.

Prerequisite:
Students should be comfortable climbing and performing controlled inversions in the air.

VERTICAL 2: BEATS

Level: Intermediate/ Advanced

An advanced, technique-focused class dedicated exclusively to vertical beats on rope and silks. Students will refine straddle and body beats, develop power and efficiency, and explore how to integrate beat pathways into dynamic skills and sequences. Emphasis is placed on clean lines, momentum control, and repeatable technique. Each class includes a focused warm-up and conditioning designed to support high-level vertical power and endurance.

Prerequisite:
Students must be able to straddle up off the ground and demonstrate strong vertical control.

PILATES FOR ACROBATS & AERIALISTS

A technique-driven mat Pilates class designed specifically for circus artists. Strengthen your deep core, improve spinal mobility, and develop the kind of shoulder stability and control that supports safe, powerful aerial and acrobatic work.


HANDSTANDS (ALL LEVELS)

Train handstands progressively and safely, with instruction tailored to your level. This class focuses on fundamental movement patterns that support any discipline - aerial, acro, pole, dance, or general fitness.

Whether you're kicking up for the first time or refining your line, this class strengthens the foundation of every movement practice.


BEGINNER TUMBLING

Instructor: Marysia Kochac

Level: Beginner/ Intermediate 

Tumbling doesn’t have to be limited to handsprings and back tucks. This class explores a broader, more fluid approach to floor acrobatics, emphasizing soft landings, body awareness, and inventive transitions. Students will break down foundational skills such as shoulder rolls, stands, and weight-shifting pathways, then gradually build toward more dynamic movements like tinsicas and diamanovs. The focus is on combining flexibility with power, developing confidence close to the ground, and moving safely and creatively through space.

No prior tumbling experience required.


JUGGLING: ALL LEVELS

Instructor: Marysia Kochac

Level: All Levels

Come master the art of playing catch with yourself! This class introduces the fundamentals of juggling in a supportive, technique-focused environment. Students will work toward confidently juggling three objects, learn beginner juggling patterns, and explore classic juggling props such as balls, rings, and clubs. We’ll also develop object balance skills and begin shaping simple juggling sequences with an eye toward flow, timing, and performance.

No prior juggling experience required.
