Each class blends cardio, targeted strength drills, and technique-focused conditioning designed to build power, endurance, and control.

We train like circus athletes - focused, fierce, and fun - using safe, sustainable progressions that meet you where you are and push you toward your strength goals.


INTRO TO FLEXIBILITY

Level: Beginner

A whole-body flexibility class for students starting their mobility journey. This class focuses on accessible, foundational work including active stretching, gentle strengthening, and basic alignment principles. Each session targets different areas of the body to build confidence, body awareness, and range of motion over time.

Perfect for anyone new to flexibility training or returning after time away. Expect to leave feeling more open, grounded, and connected to your body.

FLEXIBILITY - MIXED LEVEL

Level: Intermediate - Advanced

Designed for students with an existing flexibility practice, this class builds on foundational mobility with deeper active range work, strength-based stretching, and more complex shapes. Emphasis is placed on control, stability, and intelligent progressions that support long-term flexibility gains.

Ideal for aerialists, acrobats, and movers looking to safely expand their range while maintaining strength and integrity.

INTRO TO AERIAL

Learn the foundational skills of aerial arts through safe, clear progressions. This class introduces students to both silks and trapeze, focusing on the strength and technique needed to climb, invert, and move confidently in the air.

Each class includes a warm-up, skill development, technique coaching, and conditioning. No prior aerial experience required — this class is designed to meet you where you are and build from the ground up.

TRAPEZE LEVEL 1

Level: Beginner 

Curious about that metal bar in the sky? This introductory class builds foundational confidence on both static and dance trapeze. Students will learn essential skills such as beats, pullovers, knee hangs, rolls, and basic sequencing.

Each class includes a warm-up, conditioning, skill development, and a cool-down. No prior trapeze experience required.

TRAPEZE LEVEL 2

Level: Intermediate - Advanced

A trapeze-focused curriculum designed to build flow, power, and creativity on both static and dance trapeze. Students will work on spinning, beating, sequencing, and transitions, supported by targeted conditioning and warm-ups to prepare the body for higher-level work.

Recommended prerequisite: Trapeze Level 1 or equivalent experience.

TUMBLING (ALL LEVELS)

Tumbling doesn’t have to be limited to handsprings and back tucks. This class explores a broader, more fluid approach to floor acrobatics, emphasizing soft landings, body awareness, and inventive transitions.

Students will break down foundational skills such as shoulder rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and weight-shifting pathways, then gradually build toward more dynamic movements like walkovers, tinsicas and diamanovs. The focus is on combining flexibility with power, developing confidence close to the ground, and moving safely and creatively through space.

No prior tumbling experience required.

JUGGLING CLUB

Level: All Levels

Come master the art of playing catch with yourself. This class introduces the fundamentals of juggling in a supportive, technique-focused environment. Students will work toward confidently juggling three objects, learn beginner patterns, and explore classic juggling props such as balls, rings, and clubs.

We’ll also develop object balance skills and begin shaping simple juggling sequences, with an eye toward flow, timing, and performance. No prior juggling experience required.

STRAPS FOUNDATIONS

Build the foundation for one of the most strength-driven aerial disciplines. This class focuses on shoulder stability, core strength, and clean technique through patient, repetitive drills designed to create long-term strength and control.

Ideal for newer straps students as well as experienced aerialists looking to refine form and build serious power. Expect slow progress, big gains, and deeply satisfying breakthroughs. Straps training strengthens every other aerial discipline and strongly rewards consistency.

Prerequisites:
• Ability to hang from the straps for 30–45 seconds
• Ability to perform at least 5 controlled tuck-ups

PILATES FOR ACROBATS & AERIALISTS

A technique-driven mat Pilates class designed specifically for circus artists and movement practitioners. This class focuses on strengthening the deep core, improving spinal mobility, and developing shoulder stability and control.

Ideal for supporting safe, powerful aerial and acrobatic work, this class helps refine alignment, build resilience, and deepen body awareness across disciplines.

HANDSTANDS (ALL LEVELS)

Level: Beginner - All Levels

Train handstands progressively and safely, with instruction tailored to your individual level. This class focuses on fundamental movement patterns that support all disciplines - including aerial, acrobatics, pole, dance, and general fitness.

Whether you’re kicking up for the first time or refining your line, this class builds strength, control, and body awareness while strengthening the foundation of every movement practice.

VERTICAL 1: FOUNDATIONS

Level: Beginner 

An introduction to vertical aerial apparatus, including silks and rope, designed for students who are new to aerial or returning to the apparatus after time away. This class focuses on building a strong foundation through fundamental skills such as foot locks, basic climbs, wraps, and simple shapes.

Classes emphasize technique, body awareness, and safety, with conditioning woven in to build strength and confidence over time. Students will develop a shared aerial vocabulary while learning to move comfortably and intentionally in the air.

No prior aerial experience required.

VERTICAL 2: BEATS

Level: Intermediate - Advanced

Designed for students ready to move beyond fundamentals and into flow. This class focuses on connecting skills into sequences, refining technique, and exploring transitions that create fluid, dynamic movement on silks and rope.

Students will build strength, improve efficiency, and begin shaping personal style while developing confidence and control on vertical apparatus. Conditioning and technique work support safe progression toward more complex movement.

• Consistent basic climbs
• Ability to invert in the air or with instructor support
