Juggling Club offers two ways to join the fun:
Start with Juggling Fundamentals, a beginner-friendly class designed to teach the basics and get you confidently juggling. Then stay for our Open Practice (donation-based) session, where experienced jugglers can train, share skills, and play in a relaxed, community-driven space.

This is your space to practice skills you already know, refine sequences, build strength and conditioning, or rehearse for performance. No new skills will be taught during Open Gym. All safety protocols are strictly enforced to ensure a focused, supportive training environment. Times vary weekly for open gym.

Learn the foundational skills of aerial arts through safe, clear progressions. This class introduces students to both silks and trapeze, focusing on the strength and technique needed to climb, invert, and move confidently in the air. No prior aerial experience required.

A whole-body flexibility class for students starting their mobility journey. This class focuses on accessible, foundational work including active stretching, gentle strengthening, and basic alignment principles. Each session targets different areas of the body to build confidence, body awareness, and range of motion over time.

Designed for students with an existing flexibility practice, this class builds on foundational mobility with deeper active range work, strength-based stretching, and more complex shapes. Emphasis is placed on control, stability, and intelligent progressions that support long-term flexibility gains.
Ideal for aerialists, acrobats, and movers looking to safely expand their range while maintaining strength and integrity.

Brand new to trapeze? Start here. This class is designed for complete beginners who are curious about getting in the air for the first time. You’ll learn how to safely mount, hold, and move on both static and dance trapeze while building strength, body awareness, and confidence. Expect a supportive environment, clear progressions, and plenty of time to play. Each class includes a warm-up, foundational skill work, and a cool down.

Ready to build your trapeze vocabulary? This class is for students with some basic experience who want to deepen their skills and confidence on both static and dance trapeze. You’ll work on foundational movements like beats, pullovers, knee hangs, rolls, and simple transitions, while beginning to connect skills into sequences. Each class includes a warm-up, conditioning, and a cool down.

Take your trapeze practice to the next level. This class focuses on building flow, power, and creativity on both static and dance trapeze. Students will explore spinning, dynamic beats, sequencing, and more complex transitions, with an emphasis on control and expression. Each class includes targeted conditioning and warm-ups to support higher-level work.
Recommended prerequisite: Trapeze Level 1 or equivalent experience.

This class runs every Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30 pm beginning on April 15th and ending on May 20th.
An introduction to the Western performance art of trick roping. Students will learn how to build and control a loop, develop smooth rotations, step inside the rope, and begin exploring classic foundational tricks. Emphasis is placed on timing, coordination, wrist strength, and understanding the physics of the rope.
Spinning a loop can be surprisingly meditative while also building endurance and precision. Whether you’re adding this skill to an act or exploring a new movement practice, trick roping offers both technical challenge and creative possibility.
Class includes warm-up, rope mechanics, skill progressions, guided practice, and structured cool down. Ropes are provided for in-class use. Practice ropes will be available for purchase.
No prior experience required.

This class runs every Thursday from 7:45 - 8:45 pm beginning on April 15th and ending on May 20th.
An introduction to safe and controlled bullwhip cracking. Students will learn foundational cracks including the forward ‘Circus’ crack, reverse crack, overhead horizontal crack, and flick. These techniques form the building blocks for recreational cracking and performance work alike.
This class emphasizes safety, mechanics, rhythm, and progressive skill development. Students will gain an understanding of whip physics while building coordination and control.
Class includes warm-up, safety protocols, technical instruction, guided repetition, and structured practice. Whips and safety glasses are provided.
For safety, long sleeves and long pants are recommended. A hat with a firm brim is optional but encouraged. Personal whips may be brought to class but must be no longer than 6 feet (excluding the fall); 4–5 foot whips are preferred for studio use.
No prior experience required.
