Saturday April 25th 2:00-4:00 PM Introduction to Contortion with guest coach Sno Bunta

Come explore the foundations of contortion in a supportive, technique-focused environment.

This workshop will guide students through deep flexibility work with an emphasis on hip opening, splits, and spinal mobility. We’ll break down the body section by section, building awareness, control, and safe alignment throughout.

Students will then begin working toward foundational contortion skills, including:

  • Cheststand preparation and progressions

  • Forearm balances

  • Leg scales

  • Handstand integration

This is a mixed-level class, with options and progressions offered so each student can work at their own depth and experience level.

Whether you’re brand new to flexibility training or looking to deepen your backbending practice, this workshop offers a focused introduction to the art of contortion.
